Below are a few pictures taken at the Slow Food Bridgewater South Shore Eat-In which took place on Labor Day at the Central Elementary School. Approximately 25 people came to enjoy dishes made with local ingredients such as lamb from Plato’s Harvest in Middleboro, apples and squash from CN Smith Farm in East Bridgewater and various ingredients from attendees’ own gardens.

Some of the delicious dishes to choose from.

Instead of using disposable plates, napkins, cups and utensils, everyone brought their own reusable eating implements.
