The March meeting of the Central School Gardeners will be on Wednesday, March 14th, 2012. Please remember to send a permission note in with your child to stay after school for the meeting. Depending on the weather, we may try to go outside at the end of the meeting. Please be sure to have your child wear sneakers or boots and a warm jacket. Dismissal will be at 4:30pm either from the garden or the art room (check the garden first).

We will be selling the seed packets designed by the garden club members during parent/teacher conferences this week! Be sure to stop by our table, which will be located outside of the Scholastic book fair (outside of the gym) on Wednesday and Thursday (March 7th and 8th) from 1-3 and 5-7pm. Proceeds from the sale will go a long way towards purchasing tools and plants/seeds for our spring garden! You can view the different types of seeds available (and the winning artwork for each seed type) here.
